Tuesday, March 16th is our Hunger Lunch! Please send bread and cheese for snack as a symbolic gesture of hunger, as well as $2 for Rise For Hunger (Grade 6 Lenten initiative)

We welcome back Q2 students with a Remembrance Day ceremony, building of snowpeople in the schoolyard and lots of smiling eyes. Thursday and Friday we will circulate for the Veterans’ Remembrance collection; all students received a poppy today. Parents feel free to send a loony or tooney to school.

As Remembrance Day approaches, students as exploring the theme of Courage form the 7 Grandfather Teaching. We are busy preparing for next Tuesday’s ceremony on TVFA.
