One year ago today we listened in shock while we were told that learning would move online immediately. When we left school Friday we had full intentions of seeing our kiddos Monday, but 16hrs after that announcement, our staff sat in a quiet school quickly shifting pedagogy, lessons and connections to a format as foreign to us as the families that were struggling with it at home. We wouldn't see students in our classrooms the rest of that school year. Through this all we have learned so much, but the best lessons, reminders and the courage to keep going have come from the connections - virtual, or in person - with our EOES family. Thank you for your support, your graciousness, your patience and your trust. Thank you for continuing to bring your brave and sharing with us your most prized possessions. You Matter.
