When we say "Boo!" we aren't trying to scare you but draw attention to what a Florida Ghost is all about! These are incredibly beautiful plants that are perfect for any person just getting into the hobby of plant collecting. We recommend as these plants grow, to give them a totem or means to climb (like on a bamboo stick).... During our Canadian winters especially we encourage everyone to keep these specimens away from direct space occupancy close to windows or doors that open to the outside often (going in and out). The cold air can easily shock these plants and cause stress. Mist the leaves to combat dryness at this time of year and remember, never over-water as the plants like to go into a period of dormancy in winter. How would you like it of someone dumped more and more water in your bed when you are asleep when you only asked for a glass to parch your thirst? But these are so easy to look after and it's always a delight when you can watch their leaves unravel and open up, appearing in a ghost-like manner with mixes of white and yellow! So spooktacular!
