In spirit of our Conscious Hair Care Collection yesterday, we're beyond grateful to everyone who's supported us & fell in love with our products just as much as we enjoyed creating them. Meet Maria Her and her mother have been huge fans of our Shampoo and Conditioner bars since day one. We interviewed Maria & asked, "Why it's important to live a sustainable lifestyle?" This is her story. "I lived care-free most of my life and didn’t ask myself the hard questions.... One of my favourite memories is snorkeling in the Red Sea while I was in Egypt. I already knew that climate change was a problem, but I didn’t make any significant changes. A year later, I went to Egypt again and snorkeled in the exact same spot. I was shocked. It was lifeless, replaced by a whole lot of plastic... everywhere. On that same day, I did a beach clean-up and posted it online to try and inspire others to do the same. Since then, I’ve been on a journey of change. But it took time for me to understand how our every day life can have such a dramatic impact that we don’t ‘see’.
