I say that I’m a Self-Love + Mindset Coach, because that’s the easiest way to describe my work. But, really, I’m in the business of helping women discover their inner beauty by loving the bodies they live in and that starts from the very moment you reach out to me. When I start working with new clients, the process involves a very personal touch. Because everyone's bodies are different and that requires a very individualistic call to action. What works for someone, may not ...necessarily work for everyone, so I work with you 1:1 to figure out what the right steps are for YOU. For me, these personal touches are so important because they remind me of why I really got into this work in the first place to help people! I understand first hand how hard it can be to put yourself out there, or how it feels to be judged.
