ESC attended last night’s #IndigenousSkinSpectrumSummit2021. We learned so much - closing gaps in care and the need for health equality is paramount. Halloween is around the corner but costumes can be stressful for eczema suffers. Here are some tips to help reduce irritation: 1. Look for breathable and loose costumes in non-irritating fabrics, and avoid synthetic materials. 2. Add a protective layer between the skin and your costume (such as a long sleeved cotton shirt or leggings). 3. Avoid glitter and face paints.... 4.
