Make a treat for your Valentine Cha Cha Chai Pancakes! 1 cup flour 4 Tbsp. Cha Cha Chai Mix 1 Tbsp. sugar... 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 cup milk 2 Tbsp. oil Mix first 5 ingredients. Beat egg, milk and oil in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in flour mixture. Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using cup batter for each pancake. Cook on medium heat until bubbles begin to form on tops, then turn to brown other sides. Serve with fresh fruit, a dollop of butter and pancake syrup.
MAPLE TOFFEE CRUNCH COOKIE CUTTER COOKIES 1 box Maple Toffee Crunch Cookie Mix 12 cup butter softened... 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, combine Maple Toffee Crunch Cookie Mix with butter, vanilla and egg. Stir with a spoon until dough is formed; chill dough for 30 minutes. Roll out dough on a floured surface 14" to 12" thick. Cut into hearts with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Place cookies 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Canada Maple Hot Chocolate Mix 170 mL (6 oz.) boiling water or very hot milk 1 graham cracker, crushed into small pieces... 2 Tbsp. miniature marshmallows 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips Add Oh! Canada Maple Hot Chocolate Mix and water (or milk) to an oven-safe mug and stir to combine. Mix the marshmallow with the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips. Sprinkle on top of the hot chocolate. Carefully brown marshmallows under a broiler or with a kitchen torch.
