We're busy getting ready for our Christmas dinner. Look at what we're having tonight ... Flourless Chocolate Cake

I've mentioned how Silpats are the best baking tool before, now they've outdone themselves. These are on my wish list. Silpat recently released these nonstick round cake-pan liners, and they can be used over and over, eliminating the need for parchment rounds, totally green!
