This is a double cake, filled with chocolate fudge ( think DQ hot fudge !.. so yummy !!) covered in chocolate buttercream ( real butter only!) then drizzled with more fudge and topped with Belgian chocolate curls! This cake is sold.. but come May 1st, it will be one of our stock offerings ..6 inch 45,.. we may also offer the 8 inch at 80$ by request!

Being interviews in 20 min by CTV news on how the lockdowns have affected my small wedding company ( decor and cakes !) wish me luck.. these things terrify me.. not my comfort zone at all!

Bear bombs! These guys are a little more expensive.. as they are sealed over with chocolate.. so super chocolaty bombs.. these ones are filled with candy cane hot chocolate and marshmallows, then filled with Lindt chocolate! 8.50$ each

In the very new future we will be offering birthday charcuterie boards.. all designs will have a six inch cake in the centre, each board will be on a 14 inch cake board or for an additional fee an actual wooden charcuterie board made here in Merrickville! The boards will have enough goodies for 12-15 people. Prices to be determined.. but I suspect between 130-200$ ( stay tuned for pricing charts based on items you add to your board!!)

This right here is why I only use homemade vanilla .. I use real vanilla beans( they aren’t cheap just saying).. and premium vodka.. it cures/sits in a dark cupboard for 6 months before I use it..
