What can i say this my Sifu whom at this very moment i only reccomemd Alan Orr besides my Judo school in which one can see very clearly that i have tried and tested Alan Orrs methods in real time and they work... Plum Flower is the emblem used for Judo and i have only began to reconize and realize the importance and why Chu family lineage also uses the Plum Flower... A system that utilizes methods of attack and has a full spectrum of angles of defense known as hands or Sau to compliment and nullify the methods of attack, always using the path of least resistence
