Happy new year, new parents! Bring your babies out for postnatal yoga to discover wellness in the postpartum period in the body, mind, and heart.These classes focus on pelvic floor health, abdominal healing, and honoring the transformation that bodies and emotions have journeyed through over the past year. Babies 6 weeks old and not yet crawling are welcome. Bring your baby, yoga mat, baby essentials, water bottle, and comfortable clothes to move in. - Colleen
