Bears getting it DONE! We may not be able to train as a group for now but you can't keep our Bears out of the water and working hard. Here are some of the swimmers from Gold up to Senior National being proactive and working towards their goals in public swim!! We know there are hundreds more out there in Bearland doing the same. PROUD OF YOU ALL!!!

Great turnout for today's online dryland for our development swimmers! Swimmers were hard at work tackling the first challenge of this week. Coaches have more surprises in store for the next one on Thursday.

Congratulations to the following swimmers who have been selected to the Swimming Canada Paris and Beyond Virtual Distance Training Camp: Emma Finlin Naomi Slee Christey Liang... Gabi Dunn Meghan Berrigan Shayne Bowie Joshua Baldwin Drew Edwards The swimmers will be joining other selected distance swimmers from around the country for some virtual presentations and talks as well as completing training programs throughout the following week in their home program.
