If you have registered for the Math Kangaroo Contest before the early fee deadline, an email was sent to you yesterday inviting you to a free 1-hour training class. If the email is not in your inbox or spam folder, please email [email protected] right away. The first class is tomorrow for grade 9 students. Please login to your account at https://mathkangaroo.ca/login/en, click Enrolled at the left, click your child's name at the top to see when your class will be held. The class will not be recorded or repeated - please make sure you attend. We are not inviting any more students to the free class.

We regret to announce that there will be no Math Club at Concordia or MacEwan this year due to Covid. However, the Canadian Math Kangaroo Contest is running online math enrichment classes. Registration is now open for grades 2-8 students. To assist families during Covid, the costs have been reduced from $75 to $30 (including 5 lessons) for grades 2 and 8, and reduced from $120 to $48 (including 8 lessons) for grades 3-7. If you have registered for the 2020 Canadian Math Kangaroo Contest and did not write it in March, you have one last chance to write the contest online on this Sunday, May 31. The 2020 Math Kangaroo Contest will be held online tomorrow (March 28) and Sunday (March 29). If you have registered for the contest, please login to your account at https://mathkangaroo.ca today to check that your username and password are correct, and to see the specific contest date and time for your grade. A reminder that the times listed in your email are EDT. Edmonton is 2 hours earlier. E.g., 11am EDT is 9am Edmonton time.... If you need to ask questions or reset your password, please do it NOW! Do not wait. Email [email protected] right away if needed. About 7900 students will write the contest in the next 2 days so please do not wait till the last minute to ask questions.
