Zoom Meeting for Agents: COVID-19 is top of mind with most. I do believe this health issue will come to pass. However, as a money-man, I am more concerned about the negative impacts on our economy afterwards. Most of the three-quarter million mortgage borrowers who took advantage of the 6 months payment deferral programs are most likely not able to pay back the money. Plus Ottawa is printing money like no tomorrow. This spells in inflation. Currently, Canadian are already str...etching thin by spending $1.76 on every dollar we earned. It is projected this number will go up to $2.30 soon. On the surface, this is terrible news. However, when we understand what is going on, this spells OPPORTUNITY in the real estate and mortgage world. Our services will be needed more than ever. Not just to list a house or to get a lower rate; you don't need skills for this. There will be challenges and problems to solve.
