Meet Ayden & Alyssa In March I found out I was pregnant with my abusive boyfriend’s baby. I contemplated abortion for months. I feared I would never be abl...e to love a child made from someone so evil. I joined this group seeking another option than abortion knowing I truly couldn’t go through with one. I was encouraged to keep my baby & a lot of you shared powerful stories & words of encouragement with me. Shortly after joining the group I found out I was pregnant with twins & I took it as a sign from God to not go through with an abortion. Although I opted to keep my twins, I spent most of my pregnancy unhappy & almost felt a resentment towards the pregnancy because of the father & all he was putting me through. A couple weeks before having my twins, I found the strength & bravery to end the relationship for good. My babies made their entrance into the world on October 23 and as soon as I laid eyes on them every negative thought & feeling disappeared & I was left with pure unconditional love. Heartbreaking I don’t know how to explain to my daughter that I don’t consider this pregnancy as her sibling or my child and I don’t want to have a funeral for it. The situation is heartbreaking. This woman’s daughter is grieving the loss of her sibling, and must do so alone, without empathy or compassion from her parents, who have chosen to deprive their preborn child of his or her life and humanity. While this mother does not consider her pregnancy to be a child, scien...tific fact says otherwise, whether the mother wants to recognize it or not. Additionally, the woman seems unaware of the message that her abortion decision sends to her living children. As soon as she deemed her child to be defective, she ended that child’s life.
