Today was a great day! Congratulations Phillip and Nicole! The weather was perfect and I already know you will have a wonderful reception. 2020 has been very interesting for obvious reasons. The majority of the ceremonies I had booked postponed to 2021. This was my first ceremony since February and it was so nice to connect with a couple and be part of such a milestone moment.

Marriage licenses are now available in Windsor. Make sure you visit the city of Windsor website and book your appointment. Please remember that Marriage licenses are valid for 90 days.

Important information from the City of Windsor: The City of Windsor is reducing some services and shuttering others because of the global COVID-19 pandemic. We are closing City Hall to the public and setting up the vast majority of our employees to work from home, said Mayor Drew Dilkens in a release sent to the media. Many of our services are already available online.... If you need a marriage license or want a civil ceremony, you will have to wait. That service has been suspended.
