Exciting news for Evolution Training Center! We will be offering our new kids and adult Brazilian Jiujitsu program starting Saturday April 10th! This class will... be taught by my friend from Brazil and Brazilian Jiujitsu Black Belt who has taught many years in Brazil and Abu Dhabi. This class will be once a week on Saturdays starting April 10th. This is 6 years in the making when Cassio came and stayed with us from Abu Dhabi all the while thinking of making the move to Canada. Now he is here and so excited to have my friend teach these classes at Evolution with his wealth of knowledge and experience. If you are interested in signing up message us for details and pricing! Hey everyone existing members for Muay Thai and cardio thai need to go on our website to sign up for class! It’s super easy just click the book appointment icon halfway down on the right side of the homepage. We added a 430pm Friday night Muay Thai class during this orange phase only! So tonight there are two Muay Thai classes 430pm and 6pm. Go sign up! Remember you can not come to both classes only choose one! We appreciate your support!

Orange Zone Procedures: For kickboxing & Muay Thai classes: We are required to space out our customers more during classes therefore we have a sign up system we post on a weekly basis. Go to www.evolutiontrainingcenter.ca and click on the small tab that says book appointment on the right hand side of screen. There are only 20 spots for kickboxing & 22 for Muay Thai therefore it goes on a first sign up basis. We will be adding an additional Muay Thai Friday class at 430pm... during the orange phase ONLY! Please note we do not require sign ups for karate or kids classes (however we are not taking new students for the time being) The lobby area is off limits for any people that are not doing the class. In the orange zone we cannot open up the lobby for people to sit, etc..and PLEASE come already in fitness gear as bathrooms and change area are limited to emergency use only. For the ADULT karate classes 430pm - PLEASE come in GI and do not enter building until all our KOMBAT KIDS are out...we cannot crowd the shoe area and we do not want overlapping traffic, etc. Please just wait in your vehicles and come no more than 5 minutes before class. If we do not see you for a week after your membership expires and you do not contact us confirming you are continuing we will assume you are not renewing. Attention Evolution Training Center members: The government of New Brunswick has imposed a mandatory mask order in all public places therefore starting today A...ll people that enter evolution training Center must have a mask on and leave it on until you are inside the fitness area once you are at your workout station you can remove the mask for the duration of your workout ! Also we are asking that customers please be aware of the six feet apart social distancing rule (we are noticing that people are jamming the shoe removal area) please no more than two people in there at a time , if you go to come in and see two people are taking or putting on their shoes please wait to enter until they have left ! We do not have someone constantly monitoring that area so we need everyone to work together in this to avoid fines or shut downs!! Thank you for your continued support and cooperation with all this ! Attention Evolution gym members: Since we have re opened due to the Covid shut down things have been going great at the club. If all members could continue to ...follow the protocol of the gym and only show up 5 minutes before class and wait until the previous class members have left the building. The Door is locked during class time. Also please continue to follow the arrows in and out of the training area. Changing rooms remain closed only for emergency washroom use only. Please remember to leave directly after your class due to regulations and we need time to sanitize and clean the gym properly. We hope one day we will be able to stay after class and socialize more with members but unfortunately in these times we can not. So please follow the gym protocol. Evolution Training Center is opening tomorrow! Please read: For Muay Thai kickboxing classes only! When we partner up together you must wear a face shield due t...o the government regulations. It is mandatory. This is only necessary when partnering for pad work. During the warm up it is not necessary. You can not do partner work without it. We have shields at the club for sale! They are 10 dollars and are re usable. Welcome to the future lol. For cardio thai and other programs this is not necessary!

Remember we do not have any used gloves or shin guards to borrow anymore at the gym due to covid 19. So if you are coming to class bring your own gear or we can sell you brand new gloves and or shin guards! Let us know!
