This client called us to check out a few plugs not working in their basement. When we opened up this plug we found a loose connection that was getting extremely hot. This could have caused a much bigger problem than a few plugs not working . Always hire a licensed electrician with lots of residential experience and never ignore little problems like plugs not working or breakers tripping.
