It’s World Wednesday, and today we’re talking about scrapbooking. Or should we say scrapsbooking? IKEA recently released a truly unique cookbook , featuring 50 recipes made using food scraps, called The ScrapsBook. A collaboration between the company and 10 (mostly Canadian!) superchefs , has unique recipes like Banana Peel Bacon and Rice Pancake , Kale Stem Pesto, and Jack-o’-Lantern Leftovers .... There are also tips on how to reuse your food scraps or even start a compost pile if you’re so bold!
