Good afternoon Efry followers! We are planning to start pow wow dance classes next week, starting Wednesday Feb 3rd 4:30pm-6pm (can possibly change to 4:30pm-6:30pm, depending on how things go for the first couple of weeks) Every Wednesday ... Zoom link invites sent out the day before. Helpful tips: Download the Zoom app (no purchase necessary, only necessary for account holders) Set an alarm to remind yourself to not miss classes Wear runners, as we are meant to move alot. Hard floors can hurt, so the cushion of runners will prevent injury. I suggest to lightly bounce if you are not use to dancing, but don't worry!
