Gillian is the author of "The Journey of the Soul Within" Poetry of Healing and Transformation. Join us on November 27th from 5pm to 630pm at Shantee Healing as Gillian guides you through EFT, also known as "tapping", techniques to help you move through anxiety and daily stress. You will ...also be led into a relaxing yoga flow with a closing meditation.
