Holidays are a great time for reflection, and this year, all of us have been through a lot. As challenging as it has been, the pandemic also afforded us an opportunity to practice the dhamma - through Dhana ('giving and helping others in need'), Sila ('morality and restraint of one's self) and Bhavana ('making one's mind more tranquil and peaceful').
