Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in residential construction Construction Experience in Regina is preferred Familiar with Part 9 of the Residential Building Code Strong organizational skills Safety training & understanding of safety legislation Excellent understanding and interrupting blueprints, purchase orders Duties include (but not limited to) the following: Managing jobsites (single family and townhomes) Coordinating trade and suppliers work Managing trades and suppliers (delivering PO’s) Carpentry work and cleaning Client walkthroughs (prior to possession and after possession) Post possession walkthroughs and service calls The position will include group benefits (health and dental).
