Over 3000 homes without hydro tonight. There is a risk that battery backup at some of the tower sites will be depleted prior to restoration of power. Power restoration is expected at 10:45pm. Subscribers in Walkerton area WITH hydro may experience service interruption due to the hydro outage.

Outage Notification. Parts of West Grey Allan Park area had an issue, and has now been repaired. Please advise if your service doesn't return by itself or a reboot of your router.

Dear EH!tel Subscriber, RESULTS: Our policy is to provide you with 48 hours prior notification for scheduled maintenance. Thank you for your patience as in this case, we were unable to do so. With this emergency upgrade completed, we are now able to fulfill back orders for increased speed packages and add those that have recently requested service. These previous requests were placed on a wait list, to assure quality was maintained for our existing subscribers. UPDATE: we... have restored services as of 1:15pm, we apologize for the slightly longer than planned time frame. Please attempt to reboot your router now if you have not re-connected. Thank you Please note, we accepted a last minute emergency outage to increase capacity for areas including West Grey, significant areas of Southgate, Wellington North, and Brockton. Service will be restored by 1pm. We apologize for the short notice.

Dear EH!tel customers With the COV-19 creating havoc, EH!tel has some good news to share. Our office suffered from a fire in September of 2019, and have since been operating from a temporary facility. Our office has been newly renovated, and we are moving home Wednesday, the 25th of March 2020. We are moving our servers and phone systems, and will have limited phone support throughout the day.
