A Spirit Shield Journey is a guided visual journey that takes you to a place within, where you will receive messages from your Higher Self. A Spirit Shield is a symbol of your life lessons, spirit guides or guardians, and your spiritual connection with nature. Weather permitting, we will collect natural materials outside to add to your shield. This session is for adults and mature teens. Please bring a bagged lunch. Beverages and materials provided.
