Another parging job completed..

Another project completed. Stucco,buildout and stone. Little changes makes a big impact

A nice transformation . Removed old style stucco,replaced vapour barrier ,stucco wire and applied 2 coats of smooth sand and cement with a medium base acrylic finish.

Some stucco repairs carried out in whitecity where we had to install 1"foam on the bottom of the walls where the original stucco started to come away .

Some sand and cement texured parging works carried out.

Build out on a parging that was carried out and finished with acrylic to match window buildouts.
