Some of the best practice advice I've seen lately...If you related this to cake, which almost everything relates to: Even though you might want to, you can't eat a whole cake in one bite. That would be kind of messy and chaotic. And, if you didn't slow down and chew slowly, you'd miss a lot of the great flavours.
