Today I celebrate 1 year since I sold my first jar of ElderberryPLUS syrup!! Wow does time ever fly!! I am so grateful for each and every one of you who has purchased and ordered throughout this year!!! Our syrup has been all over Canada and into the states! How awesome is that. I never expected this to happen but it did because one lady asked "do you sell that, and I said YES!!" See what can happen when you say YES!! Well its been traveling (covid shut down alot) and now I am absolutely thrilled to announce our ElderberryPLUS syrup is in its very first store!!!! How exciting is that!!!!! This is just the first of many! Manifestations do come true!!! I just want to say THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who has cheered me on and purchased!! Here are some suggestions on how to take your ElderberryPLUS Syrup This syrup is a thinner consistancy which makes it versatile, which I love. Myself and my kids take a shot each morning right out of a shot glass. Quick and easy. It's also a perfect way to liven up your water bottle and flavor your hot water for tea. It works perfect as a liquid in your smoothie and makes super yummy and healthy popsicles. I have also made healthy no bake energy balls for my kids and use...d the syrup as the liquid. It can be frozen in cubes for easy access, just throw one or two into your water bottle or smoothie and off you go. For those super sore throats, I have made mini ice cubes that you can pop in your mouth and suck on to relieve the burn. Add it to your soda water to make a nice, sparkling, fruity drink. You can even add it to your favorite alcoholic summer time beverage. Best of both worlds For daily maintenance use 1-2 tablespoon per day (or more if your like me). Take up to 3-5 tablespoons a day if actively sick. I take in half to full ounce doses 3-4 times a day.
