This weeks classes - please note class times shift slightly week by week - Did you know that moving your body in unique and unusual ways stimulates creativity and is good for your brain? And movement makes your fascia healthy - stress and immobility made it stiff and dehydrated.

Take ELDOA class from home - you may feel one or two per week is enough to keep your neck, shoulders, back, hips and knees free of tension. Stay supple, strong and better aligned. Join the fascia-ist movement and reorganize your inner suit. It is possible to feel great in your body. Stay well!
