We’re open and rocking a new condensed schedule. Pickup and takeout always available, Menu will be constantly changing, but there will always be a couple sandwiches, pizzas, soups and suppers available alongside our breads and pastries. We’ve spent so much time and energy these past 2 incredible weeks trying our best to keep the lights on and the doors open the best we know how. So many meaningful interactions, and some incredible support and generosity later and also some really quiet days that cut in their own way we’re finally in a place to take some stock (and perhaps offer some) and reflect on all the feedback and conversations. Given that, we’ve decided to best support the community we are transi...tioning from mornings to takeout and pickup suppers (currently offering whole or half roasted chicken and handmade tourtiere), alongside our daily bakery offerings and our paired down, always changing chalkboard lunch menu which will always include more soups and bread then one could try and fill a freezer with... but, of course, we encourage you to try. In support of our supper items, we will be adjusting our schedule as follows: Tuesday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM Saturday and Sun, 9 AM to 4 PM Our Team here at ECBC cannot thank you all enough for the love, support and generosity you have shown, we are honoured and committed to accommodating and nourishing you through this very challenging moment.
