Funny Story! I recently had a customer come by with a flat tire but did not recall running over anything, upon changing the tire and inspecting the tire and rim I found this sharp object. This belongs to a plastic tire tool for the bikes that assists with removing the tire, my guess is I had broken the tool and gotten frustrated and came back later to use a different tool. The crazy part is it was in the tire for months before it actually popped the tube. ... Needless to say make sure the tire tube is the only thing inside the tire! Here is one location you can find the serial number for your bike, this is on the left side of the frame right where the pedal crank inserts onto the frame. Most Likely Placement. You can also find it engraved underneath below the wires and also on the very front of the frame by the handlebars. It is very important to keep this information documented, If the unfortunate event of your bike being stolen were to ever happen you have this information accessible and available to... prove to authorities it is your bike. Our team member Leo had a hard morning with what was found out to be a urinary blockage. He is now expected to make a full recovery and we hope to eliminate the problem with a new diet. I know this is not bike related but Leo brin gs joy and excitement to the shop and is always trying to lend a hand with repairs. We are very happy he will recover, but I would say one last thing. If this issue was not dealt with right away it could have caused serious problems for Leo in th...e future and possibly even took his life. The indicator for us and what seems to be for most pet owners was his personality change. If your furry friend is not acting the same its best to monitor it very closely it may not be serious but if left for an entire day it can be. Rant to the normal but scary situation and Rave to Vernon Central Animal Hospital for getting them in right away!

You can find your serial number in various locations, this one is on the front if the frame. You can also find it below the crank or right on the very bottom of the frame.
