COVID-19 PROTOCOL REMINDER With the increasing cases in the city we wanted to remind everyone of the pandemic protocols taking place at our clinic. As of now, we are still open but, at reduced schedule capacity to ensure no crowding in the clinic. ... Thorough sanitization using medical-grade sanitizer is still used between visits Staff are wearing PPE to ensure safety for our clients during treatment Masks are still required upon entry into the clinic and can be removed by our clients once they are in their treatment room In addition, as most of you know our nurse injector, Kelsey @cosmeticnurse_kelsey has been working between two clinics - one in Winnipeg and ours. Kelsey has decided to stay in Thunder Bay for the holidays to ensure the safety for her clients. We are so happy to have her back! As a precaution, Kelsey was tested negative for Covid-19 prior to driving back to Thunder Bay and has been isolating for a week before returning back to work at Elegance. We are so grateful for her dedication to her clients here at Elegance. With that said, we will be opening up extra appointment spots for the month of December that Kelsey did not previously have available. Keep an eye out for that!
