~ Now open at the Facebook group Online Auction - Artist Relief for work lost in NovelTea Fire. Thi...s is a silent auction which will be active until Saturday, October 31. Background: NovelTea Bookstore Cafe recently burnt to the ground. Many artists, who sold their work on consignment, lost their inventory. 2020 has been a tough year but this has made an additional & unfortunate impact on the 23 people who lost their work. Foreground: This online auction is meant to raise funds to reimburse them for the cost of what they lost, after the small amount paid by insurance.
