I show modifications for all exercises so this allows you to work at your own fitness level and modify the exercises you need t...o. All fitness levels are welcome and all you need is a set of weights and a mini loop band! Classes are also all recorded so if you can't make the LIVE scheduled time, recordings can also be sent. Motivation... What motivates you to exercise? Sometimes we lack motivation but its dedication that keeps us going. Knowing that exercise and being active is beneficial for our bodies for a better quality of life. It helps us in keeping our bodies and joints strong, cardiovascular, our mental health (which is so important these days), quality of sleep and just overall well being. I am not always motivated to exercise but I am dedicated.... I know the benefits it provides for me and how I feel physically, emotionally and mentally after my workouts. Triceps Exercises Want to work on the backs of your arms and tone them up? Try these triceps exercises and add them to your next workout. Triceps Dips - Using a bench/chair/coffee table and make sure that your body stays close to the edge. Bend your elbows to lower your body, drive through your hands to go back to starting position. ... Dumbbell Overhead Extension - Using one dumbbell overhead and keeping elbows tucked in close to your ears. Straighten and extend your arms above your head. Slowly lower the weight to come behind your neck. Bent Over Triceps Kickback - Staying in a bent over position, elbows tucked by your side, extend and straighten your arms back. You can do both together or one at a time. I have shown 10 reps of each exercise. Go for 3-4 rounds. Workout Wednesday using an Equalizer Bar A training tool for strengthening and conditioning and just another piece of equipment to add (if you have it) to change up hand positioning and to incorporate them into your workout instead of dumbbells. Scissor Skips in and out modify with just a toe touch in then out... Wide grip Mountain climbers modify doing these on your knees Wide grip push ups modify on knees Jump squats modify by just standing squats Modified burpee press with the bar modify by walking out one foot at a time and come up to standing position. I have shown 10 reps of each exercise. Go for 3 or even 4 rounds with little rest between each exercise and rest for 30-60 sec before you start another round. Don’t have equalizer bars this workout can be done without any equipment! So no excuses.
