Here's an Oily Challenge for you! Take a look at your essential oil stash and see which type of oil you have the most bottles of. (For me it was Cedarwood.) Now take 5 mins to learn about the essential oil you identified. Once you have read up about it think about how you can add that essential oil into your daily routine.
