This one is for all the eucalyptus lovers! Eucalyptus is known for its ability to clear the sinuses and invigorate the mind. This week, we bought some fresh eucalyptus from @lakesidegardengallery in Brampton and created our own aromatherapy steam room with the help of our fresh branches in a hot shower.... Instructions: -Gather a few bunches together and tie them at the base with some twine. -Create a loop to go over your shower head and hang it securely, making sure it is not directly in the stream of water but just behind it against the wall. -Close the door, turn the shower on and let the room fill with steam. The steam releases the essential oils from the bundles, relieving nasal congestion and helping you to breathe more easily. For added benefit, shower with our Organic eucalyptus tea tree soap, or our Organic peppermint eucalyptus soap! Are you a fan of eucalyptus?

Our lavender geranium bars have just been added to the site! Geranium essential oil is known for its grounding effects and floral scent while lavender is known for its calming and relaxing properties. Do you like floral scents?

We've been a bit quiet on the gram lately as we have been busy packing for our move happening in a couple days! As many of you know, we operate out of our home studio, and we bought another place recently to accommodate our growing baby boy and family business. We will still be in North Brampton, but by 410/Sandalwood by Heart Lake Conservation Area. It is a dream to live right by the forest and lake, especially for Kyle who is from the country. ... We look forward to fulfilling your orders there and porch pick up will resume there shortly.

Sometimes, selfcare is just a few more minutes in the bathroom.
