Well there was an announcement from the Provincial government today. Unfortunately we are still forced to be closed. Hope you are all finding a way to stay active! If anyone is up for some pond hockey sometime let me know! We are allowed to play outdoors apparently.... -Pete

Open mat from 11 to 12 tomorrow. Remember the mask bylaw. You need to wear a mask in the common areas of the building. You do not need to wear it while training.

Hi everyone. I am going to open the gym for open mat during our regular class times. There are some significant restrictions mandated by the provincial government. I will divide the space into 4 sections. Each section is for one cohort only. You will not be permitted to train with other cohorts. According to the rules, a cohort can be: - people in the same household... - People who live alone can have up to the same 2 non-household contacts for the duration of the restriction This means the people you train with are the only people you will be allowed to train with until the restrictions are over. I have paused the automatic monthly payments. If you wish to come train it will just be a $5 drop-in. If you have any questions please send me a message! -Pete

Hi everyone, Some new restrictions have been recently announced by the pronvcial government. Here in Medicine Hat, indoor fitness programs are not affected. We will be running our classes as normal!... If this changes I will post an update.
