Hello everyone there seems to been some confusion on an event that suppose to be happening on the outdoor workout park plan but I'm here to tell you that there isn't since I'm new to Facebook I didn't know how to make a post/survey on a the business page of face but when I mad the post last year it made me do it as an event and had to put a date on but there isn't an event not yet anyways I will inform you all when there will be an event this post was to see who in our community is interested and would like to have a workout park put in our town

Welcome to my 3-2-30 challenge this consists of doing crunches 3 sets of 30 with 30lbs also curls doing 3 sets of 30 with 30lbs you can use (dumbbells/curling bar/30 lb plate). I will be doing this for 30 days everyother day twice a day and opposite days one session. So you want to feel more confident Feel more healthier Achieve discipline ...
