I'm so excited to announce that Dr. Michelle is going back to school (oh my goodness like I need more school). I am embarking on a journey to improve my knowledge and skills in all areas of mental health. First on the curriculum is an intensive course on ADHD in both children and adults. Thrilled to dust off my brain and gain as much knowledge as I can. Cannot wait to share it with all of you:)

On this Thanksgiving, one that for many of us is unlike any other we have experienced, remember all that we do have.
