Who remembers Beefcake (now Augie)? That gigantic cream boy that we rescued a few months back? Head the size of a basketball? Well, now he's lucky enough to have a dad who takes him to work and a brother, Wallace, who doesn't understand personal space . #brudders

This very special four year old English Bulldog is named Cele (pronounced cell-ey), and we hope that you will help us find him a forever home by sharing his sto...ry. The past six months have been incredibly difficult for Cele. His owner passed away unexpectedly, leaving him without a home, and without his "person". He was then bounced between a number of different foster homes before finally being surrendered to our shelter last week. He is confused, scared, and continues to mourn the loss of his best friend. What Cele needs more than anything is a sense of stability. He needs a home that will be a permanent home, with a family able to give him the unconditional love, patience and guidance that he needs in order to move forward and enjoy the rest of his life. Cele loves belly rubs and car rides, and will proudly show off his favourite stuffed toy to everyone that he meets. His charming personality and adorable underbite (captured so perfectly in this photo by our guest photographer, Rupa Sutton) have already won the hearts of all of our staff and volunteers.
