Creating buy-in for a new idea. I'm working with a few clients who are frustrated with trying to get people on board with a new idea. It take a lot of time for people to transition from the old way to the new way and there can be a lot of complaining. What can we learn from tech companies and their creative brainstorming methods? There are novel ways to invigorate your imagination and mindful ways to tackle routine problems. I'm particularly interested in the Hack Week concept. It suggests setting up a creative time to collectively work together on a problem.
