Working with others is an acquired skill, and is essential to a successful and efficient team. Each person within a team presents new ideas and perspectives that can be unique, creative, and innovative. Some values that a team may have include: compassion, respect, loyalty, and empathy. Are you part of a team? Which aspects do you like? Which do you dislike? What could be improved? Let us know!

Motivation of the week! By creating goals and sticking to them, you are continuously working towards constructive growth in your life. It’s important to remember that there may be challenges throughout this journey. These things happen! When they do, don’t loose focus or loose sight of your goals. Enjoy the journey because it is special in itself!
