have been very busy running, and training for marathons (next one in May, in Vancouver). challenging myself over the longer distances in running provides me with an opportunity to learn who i am and the mental strength i have within to finish those long distance runs. everyone should take up running; its very therapeutic, and the friends you meet along the way are with you for the long haul, and beyond!!
