Certified Senior Fitness Specialist I have completed my course and am officially a Senior Specialist. The seniors at the CLC Fitness Centre always knew how to make my day and put a smile on each other’s face. You are never to old to start your fitness journey. It is the most important thing you can do for your health physically and mentally.
Hello everybody! It has been awhile that I have updated everyone. I have been taking in every moment that I can with Trent. We are both doing great so far! Trent is about 5 and a half months old, time has gone by so fast. Trent is rolling around all over the place, and loves his jolly jumper. He spent the summer at the diamonds watching mom and dad play ball. I have been keeping up with my workouts at home and going to the gym for some me time every chance I can. We are so happy and blessed, Trent is such an amazing baby boy!
Trent Eldrick Olson born April 29th 8lbs 15 ounces. So much love for this big baby boy
Little update! ONLY 5 more days to go until due date, baby could be any day now! I have been still going to the gym keeping up with my workout routine and feeling great! Can’t believe how much of a difference a little movement and stretching can do to relieve my aches and pains. Baby is always kicking away during my workout. Boy or Girl?!
Healthy minds, build healthy bodies. As of last Friday I am officially on Maternity Leave. I never thought leaving work would be as hard as it was! I cannot thank my clients enough, all of my group classes, and the members and all the staff at the CLC Fitness Centre for everything they have done for me! So much love from all of you! ... I have been keeping up with my with own workouts, hopefully for as long as I can! I may be MIA in the next bit but we have lots to do to prepare for baby! THANK YOU everybody for everything!
Hip Mobility/Flexibility has always been in my daily stretching routine. This set up stretches were a favourite of mine before pregnancy, but have been a priority during pregnancy. Lying down stretches are uncomfortable now and not able to do most of them! These ones are great hip openers helping my low back, hips and hamstring tightness. Give these ones a try if you have tightness in any of those areas and your body will thank you!
