A quick snippet of tonight’s upper body session . Trained hard for 1.5 hours focusing on biceps, triceps, lats, delts ,back and shoulders . What a tease with the gyms reopening and now quickly closing . The one thing that is beneficial to our health and wellbeing and they keep taking it away . So pissed right now However let’s all Stay Focused everyone

What a Crazy busy day heading into the long weekend , but I took 5 mins of my time to ensure I break my fast with a yummy smoothie filled with fresh organic fruit

Grabbed wifey tonight and we hit the gym . We crushed legs and glutes and felt so freakin GREAT I’m so proud of you @laurafundaro . Like I always say the come back is always greater then the setback . LETS GOOOOOOOO

When you walk into Nonnas house starving yet always trying to be mindful of what you eat .....and then you see the table full of our traditional desserts that she’s preparing for Easter FML

Last nights yummy dinner . Sweet potato Shepherds Pie with a side of string beans . I know I know it doesn’t follow my food combining principles that I normally follow but sometimes a girls got to eat something she’s been craving and it was worth the bloat this morning

The point of this post is to show you all what healthy eating , sleeping well and keeping stress to a minimum can do for your bodies . The picture on the left was taken in July 2020 , I had just cut my hair and look at the picture on the right how much my hair has grown in less than 7 months . It’s unbelievable to me, prior to my last haircut I was always so stressed and wasn’t eating as clean as I have been for the past 4 months (food combining ) and my hair never grew, it ...was years my hair would break constantly and stay the same length. I’m so impressed with how much progress my hair has made it’s so much healthier now . Some of you may think ok maybe she takes collagen, and to be honest with you I don’t . I truly just eat very clean , train consistently, sleep well and ensure I manage my stress levels to a minimum and this has been the outcome thus far The Food combining nutrition code has been so effective for myself and so many other beautiful women. You were my protector as a little girl and now as a grown women you are my Angel. Today is bitter sweat , as I sit here being thankful for all the cherished memories I had with you over the years , I can’t help but feel sad . Happy 85th Birthday to the best grandpa any girl can ask for . I love you and I miss you with all my heart Today I celebrate your life and the impact you’ve had on everyone around you . Nothing like that post workout glow . I really wasn’t down to train tonight after such a busy day,so I thought to myself ok I’ll skip today and resume tomorrow,then i reminded myself that those are the days we need it most . So here we are Happier than ever after a great upper body pump Moral of the story is the days you absolutely don’t want to , suit up and do it anyway . Last night I caught Bella AKA Nonna the neighbourhood watch making sure the snow removal guys were doing a good job . That’s my girl
