The EPC OL camp is for any offensive lineman 13 or older wanting to take his game to the next level. The camp will be run by Ottawa Redblack's Aaron Wheaton. Each individual will be put through a lower and upper body assessment and have their Biosignature done. A custom individual program with weight training, nutrition and supplement protocol will be designed for each individual, along with unlimited access to EPC weight room. ... Weekly film and technique sessions will be carried out by Aaron. The purpose of this program is for athletes to be shown and taught the most up to date techniques used by professional OL today, so you will be able to apply them to your own game this year. Each individual will be able to bring their own film in to have it analyzed during film sessions. The in gym training aspect will focus on correcting injuries, increasing strength, power, and peaking each individual for OVFL or high school season.
