So let me paint a picture for you. Last night I had my last quad training session. I had to work on some items for work so late I missed meeting with my trainer at Chris Wong. Yes this is a completely random post and I know I haven't blogged in a couple weeks. Really felt the need to vent. I hate fish, fish diet for even a few days has made me edgy, irritable and just generally unhappy, but it comes in waves. Up one min, down the next. Prep is real, posing my ass off, gone dark. Feels like the accumulation of all my blogs are coming to reality. Am I ready ? "as ready as I'm going to be" Are you nervous?
