Elite Canadian Sports and it’s Coaches have teamed up to raise money for men’s health this month through our Movember Canada Fundraiser. We have rasied over 75$ so far of our 300$ goal! Today was Championship Day for the @torontobeacheslacrosse Fall Field Development! Swipe to see pics from today We started off today with our Skills Competition where players competed for the opportunity to be the fastest runner; accurate shooter; hardest shot & breakaway contest 7 players walked away victorious, Mac & Charlie Salter, Nathan Tulk, Colton Livingston, Lucas & Evan Scott. We ended off the day with a U11 & U15 Championship Games. Team @sbedge22 wal...ked away with a win for the U11’s with a goal right at the buzzer. The U15 championship went into overtime and was decided by a brave heart between coach @cammancini & @jakestro8, with coach Cam’s team coming out on top Lastly, we would like to thank everyone who helped out during the last 8 weeks. A couple days ago @ontariolacrosse gave there official statement cancelling the 2020 Summer Box Season. Just because the season is cancelled, doesn’t mean lacrosse is! We at Elite Canadian Sports have decided that as of July 2nd, 2020 we will be offering both private and small group training for all lacrosse players across the GTA. Smaller groups will not only improve athletes personal development but given everything going on with Covid-19 we believe it’s the best way to keep our athletes safe! Our goal during these film sessions is to not only help young lacrosse players learn more about the game, but to also allow parents the opportunity to learn the sport his or her child is playing.... We at Elite Canadian Sports along with other sports academies and businesses have had to close our doors due to the recent Covid19 outbreak. The doors that continue to stay open are those of our health care and front line workers. Because of how quickly the outbreak has happened our hospitals, walk-in centres, paramedic stations and other essential health care businesses are running very low on face mask and shields. Although the government continues to supply these places w...ith masks, there are still shortages. This is why we have decided to start up this Elite 2K Challenge! For this challenge, people will get into teams of 4 each contributing a donation of minimum 5$. Each day your team will have to do 2km of physical activity and track it using the Nike Run App (or any other running app) and submit it by screenshooting it and tagging us on Facebook or Instagram. The 2km activity can be anything from running, to riding a bike, or even walking your dog with the family. On May 15th, whichever team has the most activity done will win our Elite Stay at Home prize pack which will include, video games, board games, cards, puzzles, gift cards to Amazon ,eBay, LCBO and much more!
