The Roof on this house was unbelievably out of level. No worries though, we took our time and spent two days shimming the straps across the roof to make sure the metal would be 100% when installed. This amount of work isnt common but when needed we dont shy away from getting it done the right way.

Barrie curling club.

Barn done in a day. Spent half the day shimming this side so when the steel went on it would be flat and not uneven. Second half of the day was just putting the panels on. Notice there is no color? That is called Galvalume. Very nice.

Refoaming the hips and ridge caps. Two stories up and safety ropes on. Good job on keeping it safe boys!

Something not everyone does with standing seem is fold the bottoms of the panels to grab onto the eaves trim. We also installed this new skylight for more lighting inside this cottage.

Under this Katech panel are 1x4 strapping that is use to screw the metal panels to. Not every house requires this, but is done when needed.

These maxi vents can vent from 1000 sq ft. To 1200 sq ft. Proper roof ventilation is required to help prevent ice damming, contribute to lowering your energy costs, and many other things that can save you money in the long run.
