Extremely sorry to have to make this post but it looks like we're being forced by the government to shut down temporarily again. There is a 28 day ban on gyms etc in GTA starting this Saturday Oct 10th. All we can do right now is hope that this ban won't continue past the reopening date given. Rest assured that we will certainly be back open as soon as we are legally able too. *Until then, classes will be canceled* Stay positive everyone! . Just when things were picking up.. we get hit with a complete reset to the Youth & Adults Jiu-Jitsu programs. Been a tricky week 1st with the limitation of class participants to 10 people over the weekend and now the ELIMINATION of any partner training, BJJ class are on PAUSE until we get word from the sanctioning body. Sorry team i know everyone was enjoying the new format and on the other end of the thing's the interest is just amazing with the 6pm white belt class attende...d by 25 plus members. Once we kick this covid-19 bug things will be great but until then its back to the drawing board.. I'm going to take the rest of the week to formulate plans in terms of training and back with new no later than Friday. likely a heavy boxing / trifecta fitness focus as we ran during the first shut down but with some changes, we were looking at implementing

Elite Training centre students, In accordance with changes in regulations issued by the provincial government, we are going to comply with reduced class sizes. Classes will now consist of 10 students per class for the time being until we get the go ahead to increase class sizes again. The team @ Elite is committed to providing a safe training environment to all members. We will continue to cooperate towards meeting the guidelines that have been put place to ensure your safety.... To help facilitate this look for 2 classes to run Tuesday/ Thursday @ 6pm for Beginners BJJ & the new upgraded Zen planner member check in app this week. Pls, remember to attend your 2 scheduled class times for the week until we have more flexibility in terms of session granted by the government. Thanks - coach

I Figure you'd want to put a face to the voice pushing you through those rounds in the audio program I introduced you too :) Bas Rutten's program is one of my favorites tools and you all did great. ... Next session is Wednesday @ 6pm & tonight has Youth Karate @ 530pm & Conditioning @ 630pm

Tomorrow (Monday July 27th) we are back to work with the 1st Muay Thai classes since the shutdown. Still in phase 2 of the local reopening there are a few changes and things you'll want to bring 1- Running shoes - light road work for the warmup... 2- Face Mask / covering - "yes i know its a bit weird but doing out part to follow the guidelines exactly" and we are almost in phase 3 which will open things up significantly Class starts 6pm try to come a few mins early for a quick rundown on whats what. see you soon Coach Patrick
